Dust:

All surfaces, including ceilings, walls, baseboards , moldings, light fixtures , ceiling fans, pictures, bookshelves , etc. Vacuum: Floors, carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, curtains and blinds.

Super recommended! I hired them because a friend recommended me since I have several pets and the spaces where they stay must be clean, the products they use are friendly to my dogs. Another important factor is the treatment they give them. It shows that they love animals because not all People are that kind and careful with my dogs. Nadia, who was the girl who performed the service for us, left our home like a mirror.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I hired them to deep clean an empty apartment. They came out for 4 hours and it was still dirty. I sent pictures back in which they said the apartment was "clearly not up to their standards" and they would "definitely have to come back and fix it." I was told "don't worry about the invoice we sent, we'll send a new one after you're 100% satisfied and we'll add a discount for the inconvenience."Well, the team came back and spent 2 hours cleaning. I wouldn't say I'm over the moon with the results but it was good enough. To my surprise, I received an invoice for 7 total hours of cleaning at a 25% discount. So, not only did they acknowledge that the original team did not do a sufficient job, but they charged me to fix it AND charged me an extra hour.Absolutely appalling. I was "spoiling" myself by not cleaning an apartment after a tenant moved out only to be charged $700 (with a discount!). For reference, the apartment is 600 sq ft and the pictures are after 4 hours of “deep cleaning” by 2 people.

At Cleaning Genies, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation within 24 hours: A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to cover our team’s preparation efforts

The time of the cleaning service depends on the type of service contracted. For example, for a deep cleaning, the minimum time required is three hours and includes two cleaning personnel and the necessary products. Charges are made by the hour.

Yes, we monitor the work performed through simple photographic evidence, showing the before and after. In addition, we perform live monitoring to guarantee the quality of the service.
